Turn around time:

Turnaround times may vary due to supply chain issues. Check here to stay updated on changes to turn around times. Please note, these times do not include shipping time, holidays or weekends.

Tumblers- 4-6 weeks

T-Shirts- 2-4 weeks

Pens- 3-6 weeks

Ready to ship items: Items will be shipped within 5-7 days UNLESS ordered with any made to order items. Please checkout separately from made to order items.

Return Policy:

All sales are final. I do not allow returns, refunds, or exchanges. All items are custom made, this prohibits me from being able to re-sell your item. If there is a mistake on my end, I will allow the return and replace it with the correct item. I do my best to ensure you have a quality product you love before it leaves my hands, but mistakes happen, as I am human. 

Tumbler Care:

Please read care card included with your tumbler.

-Do not soak tumbler. 

-DO NOT put in dishwasher or microwave. Hand wash ONLY.

-Do not leave in direct sun for long period of time or leave in a hot vehicle.

-Avoid dropping or rough handling of product.

All items are handmade, handle with care.

 

T-Shirt Care:

Turn garment inside out

Machine wash cold

No bleach

No fabric softener 

Dry on low

Do not dry clean

Iron Inside out

 

Epoxy Pen Care:

Do not drop

Avoid extreme heat

Do not put in mouth

Gently wash with warm water

 

Freshie Care:

Hang freshie immediately

Keep away from children & pets

Extreme temps can cause melting

May stain some surfaces
